Previewing a Report

At any time during the process of creating a report, look in the Preview section at the bottom of the page, in order to view the final structure of the report (Figure: Previewing the Report). The Preview will not be ready for viewing unless the user has at least one table row defined.

All your added report components and structuring results will be displayed in the Preview section which helps you to check whether the report matches the required output or not. This section can be expanded in order to display whole of the information.
